Q. Why should I use an executive search firm?

Q. Do you only perform retainer searches?

A. Although we prefer to work on a retainer basis and offer retainer clients our priority service, we accept certain contingency searches strictly on an exclusive basis. We will not accept an assignment that other search firms are contracted to perform.

Q. Do you offer a guarantee?

A. Under a retainer agreement, we offer clients a six-month guarantee, and for contingency searches we offer a two-month guarantee. If during that period you determine the candidate cannot perform the necessary responsibilities of his or her position as it was described when the individual was hired, we will complete another search and replace the candidate at no additional cost to you.
