Although we understand that each search assignment is unique and we stress that each client receives personalized service, there are standard guidelines we adhere to for locating and securing executive talent. Please note that throughout the process outlined below, our consultants are in frequent contact with you to update and report on our progress.

1. First we begin by Learning about your organization's structure, projects, goals and culture.
2. We follow this by Profiling to develop a detailed description of the position so that we may effectively represent your need to potential candidates.
3. The next step involves Researching industries, companies, potential candidates and sources to target.
4. We then begin Contacting prospective candidates and sources within identified industries and companies.
5. Once we have identified the most qualified candidates, we begin Evaluating, which includes contacting professional references.
6. Finally, we present you with the top candidates and you begin Interviewing the individuals of your choice.
7. We will then assist you with Negotiating compensation packages and guiding the selected candidate through your official hiring procedure.
8. The process concludes with Retaining the selected candidate and follow up by Quest Consulting Services.
